Working hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri - 35 hours per week
If you’ve done two years in an account management or customer service environment, you know what it takes to keep customers happy. Confident communication, proactive, calm under pressure – recognise yourself? Providing day-to-day support to our Portfolio Manager and the wider Client Engagement & Sustainability Team, which manages Grundon’s high-profile and sub-contract customers (airports, NHS trusts, FM, property management, universities… the list goes on) is what this job is all about. What you’ll be doing as Portfolio Support
Working hand in hand with customers, we manage their waste reduction, re-use and recycling strategies as they strive to meet their environmental goals and increase recycling rates. As Portfolio Support, you will be in regular contact with our Portfolio Manager, clients and transport teams to ensure a high standard of customer service. Manager service requests, collection queries, complaints, admin support, account/invoice queries, helping to deliver engagement campaigns to customers – there’s plenty to turn your capable hand to.
What you’ll need
The other musts are a valid full driving licence and an A-level (or equivalent) education.
