What you'll be doing as Paint Sprayer & Shot Blaster
- Preparing waste containers, mobile plant and vehicles for painting
- Operating shot-blasting and paint equipment
- Applying vinyl artwork to high standards
- Practising good housekeeping - including correct paint storage and keeping clear paper records
- Maintaining stock levels
- Reviewing work practices and suggesting ways to reduce manufacturing lead times and costs
What we're looking for in our Paint Sprayer & Shot Blaster
- Proven experience in industrial wet spraying (airless spraying would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of shot-blasting preferred (we'll train you if not)
- You're happy to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise workload when up against deadlines
Working hours: 7am-4.45pm, Mon-Fri - 45 hours per week
