The experience and skill sets gained through military service produces exceptionally employable individuals irrespective of their injury or illness. Our dedicated employment programme aims to support our beneficiaries in their transition from military service to a meaningful new career in the golf industry. We look to assist our members by opening doors into the industry that they may have been previously unaware of. in our experience, characteristics gained in the military can be easily transferred to a career in the golf industry. Since 2010 we have placed over 90 beneficiaries in paid employment.

With the support of the golf industry, we are able to source work experience and employment in areas including but not limited to:

Golf Club management Marshalling Greenkeeping Office administration Tournament operations Sales and marketing Equipment manufacturing Hospitality As well as sourcing work experience placements and voluntary roles, we arrange industry insight workshops with various organisations. Set up as a 'day in the life', beneficiaries will find out about various roles and the education programmes that many offer.

We have also recently created a 'Scholarship Scheme', contributing to the costs of industry related qualifications - making beneficiaries more employable to organisations.
